Saucy Jack is a blood red (it's a bit darker in person) jelly. I absolutely love it! The application was so breezy, I barely had to do any cleaning up. This is definitely a red I can see myself wearing again.

3 coats, 1 coat over AA Hassid
Ulta finally stocked Elle's Spell! It's a gorgeous red jelly with red/orange flaky glitter. I knew it would look great over black, so I did a nail with that combo. It really helps the glitter stand out.

Just wanted to share some quick swatches of this adorable mini set from Color Club!
3 coats
Super thick and goopy! I did not like applying this at all. I think I'll add a little thinner. I love the color, though. Totally Winter.

Stunning. I need more golds in my life.

So bright and happy! This is my favorite from the set.

So pretty, but it'll need top coat to look smooth. No biggie.
The formula on these (minus Snowflakes) was nice. I would definitely recommend this set if you're a fan of glitters and fun colors. They're all wearable year round, too.

I was going to skip this because the colors looked really similar and boring, but they have really pretty shimmer that I thought would look interesting layered. Unfortunately, it's the same exact shimmer in every polish, so they all look super similar over black. Oh well. I like them best over black, but the look the most distinguishable over white or alone.
They were all thick and a little streaky on the first coat, but it's nothing insurmountable if you like the colors.

All the polishes were swatched over (l-r): OPI Alpine Snow, nothing, AA Hassid
My favorite of the bunch. I absolutely love it over black! I can see this looking good over tons of different shades; especially blues and greens.
I love what the shimmer does to this bright pink. The shimmer pretty much saves this from being a dud. Spice Drop looks best on its own, in my opinion.
I really want to put this over Zoya Erika for some reason. Hopefully it's as awesome a combo as it is in my head. Anyway, this was kind of meh for me. Eek, when did I develop an aversion to pinks??
Sugar Plum is my second favorite. It looks so bright and fresh! I'd wear this over anything.
Overall, this set is not a must have, but a pretty decent buy if you like a couple of the shades. I do wish that they'd included a green or blue in place of the clear top coat because really, who uses these?? Anyway, I would definitely buy full sizes of Sugar Cookie and Sugar Plum.

Here's my almost current Dior quint collection. I'm missing swatches of Five Golds and Beige Massai, which I'm sure I'll post eventually.
Stylish Move is probably my most used quint. The colors just work so well together. It's pretty much fool proof. :]
I love Earth Reflection for days when I want to look super alert and bright-eyed. The taupes in this quint aren't overly cool, so it works for me.
Night Dust is one of my favorite quints. The color combination might be a little strange, but it works! I love wearing the periwinkle on the lid with the bronze in the crease. It's a gorgeous contrast. :]
Dior does purple so well! This is the perfect nighttime quint, but the shades are versatile enough to work for day looks as well.
Crush Glow...meh. Not my favorite. Check out my review here.
I love looking at this quint so, so much. I can't wear it, though. It just doesn't work on me.
Pink Idol is such a pretty, iridescent quint that looks great layered over so many different bases. Love!
I always forget I own this, but it really is a beautiful quint. I should use it more often.
Now, for a couple old school quints...
Doesn't this just scream summer? This is the kind of pigmentation I was hoping to get from Crush Glow.
Verte Siderant is just...stunning. Look at that blue!
This is another quint that layers very well. I love the green over black. Perfection.
I've reviewed a lot of these quint on my Youtube channel, so check those out if you're interested.

I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving! I'm staying in today to avoid all the crazy black Friday shopping.

Perplex is a gorgeous greyed purple with purple shimmer which is very similar to Chanel Paradoxal. Paradoxal is still untried, but I'll post some nail wheel swatches when I get the chance. The formula and pigmentation is fantastic. I barely needed a single coat.

I love Ulta's reward program so very much! I was level 10 this quarter, so I got a perfume (level 6) and two OPI's (level 2). I couldn't decide between the two, so I purchased Dior Addict and got Parisienne free. I realized that I'd picked up Sephora seriously needs to take a hint from Ulta. For spending $500 at Ulta, I get a high end perfume and two polishes. For spending $500 dollars at Sephora, I get a set of deluxe samples...
Moving on. Let's see what else I've managed to acquire in the past three days.
Oh Flowerbomb, how I love thee! I skipped getting this during the F&F sale (why!?) but finally took it home with me yesterday.
Ulta polishes have really been impressing me lately. Their pro and salon polishes are currently B2G2. I have no clue where my other two salon formulas went...oh well.
Okay. I'm not exactly sure why I ignored OPI Swiss when it came out, but I'm glad none of the shades are sold out yet. They're so pretty! I think I now have the full Burlesque collection. I knew it would happen eventually in my own weird way.
I'm so excited about the next part of this haul. So, you know the website head2toebeauty.com? Well, they have a store, too! I randomly stumbled across it today. I went to CVS to pick up another bottle of Revlon Perplex, and there it was: a tiny store tucked away. At first, I didn't think they were open to the public, but they had hours posted and an open sign, so I ventured in. The owners are so nice! They helped me find things amongst the million boxes of online orders they were filling.
Yay for cheap polishes with no $10 shipping charge!

Under The Stars is a deep navy with bright blue microglitter. There seems to be a ton of glitter in bottle, but it doesn't translate to the nail at all. That's okay, though. It's still beautiful in an understated sort of way. The application was absolutely flawless over my Barielle Hydrating Ridge Filler. I've had some issues in the past with rbl's and other base coats, so I'm happy to have found a combo that works.

Sapphire is a medium blue with bright blue microglitter. Gorgeous! I had no application issues at all; the formula is great! I can't wait to wear this one again. It made my nails literally look like gems. *happy dance*
Nubar is having a sale right now! 30% off of purchases $30 or more. Head over to Nubar and use promotional code NOV3030

Actually, I didn't do much hunting. I went to one nail salon and one beauty supply store. The beauty supply visit was a bust, but I got a couple great things at the salon!
AHHHHH! Awesome, right?! I got all four China Glazes for $4. The dud is a Crystal Ball bottle with some icky brown polish inside. In my excitement, I read the label and didn't actually look at the color. Oh well. Maybe I'll go back and see if they have another bottle. They also sold me TSMGO for $4. It's brand new! *happy dance*

2 coats over Ulta Pro Twisted Tinsel
What a fun polish! I wore this mani to my borther's birthday party last week. It adds something special to pretty much anything you layer it over, but I especially love it over silver foils. It applied like all of my other Lippmann glitters. Wait a minute or two in between coats so that you don't push the sequins around.
If you're not ready to hand over $18 for clown barf, Milani just released a similar polish called Gems, so be sure to check for it on your next drugstore run.

I didn't have time to figure out how to photograph this one. It looks super dull, but trust me, it's not! Sooo pretty. The polish comes with a magnet
For those unfamiliar with magnetic polishes, here's how it works: the shimmer in the polish are magnetic and when held up to a magnet (it accompanies the polish), a pattern is formed. Lancome released two of these polishes back in '07, and they quickly became HTF. Have no fear; magnetic polishes are definitely attainable. Essence has just released a metallic collection that includes some magnetic polishes, so keep an eye out for those! Alessandro also makes beautiful magnetics.

Alright, so I love these! I really want full sizes of N-Evergreen and Empty Stocking, which are the stand-outs in my opinion. They're all beautiful, though!
Silver foil. Not unique at all, but still pretty! It looks great under DL Happy Birthday, which is my current mani. :] This is 2 coats.
Emerald green with gold shimmer running through it. It glows like nobody's business. My ring nail is 1 coat, pinky is 2. You could probably get away with one careful, thick coat of this. Thin coats are always better, though!
Pretty, shimmery red. It reminds me of Ali's Big Break in my head, but I'm probably off. There is 1 coat on each of my nails, they're just applied differently. Ring is a thin coat (obx), pinky is a thick coat. 2 coats is ideal.
Gold foil. I usually hate golds on me, but I actually kind of like this one. This is 2 coats.
I have no recollection of skipping Empty Stocking, but obviously I did. I'm planning on doing a full mani with it soon anyway, so stay tuned for that!

I'm so behind on these! Anyway, here's some more stuff I've purchased lately.
Okay, I tried to swatch those LE HC polishes but failed. They smell really weird. I know the minis in the $5 set were awful, but I thought these would be a little better! Oh well.
Uhmmm I love the Twilight Nox polish bottle. So pretty! At least something good came from that stupid saga.
I have a habit of buying collections in increments. I think it makes me feel better about spending or something. I'm not sure, but it's kinda riduclous when documented in photos. So, OPI Burlesque...
1st Sparkle-licious backup
Minis of the colors that I kind of like but don't need, backups of Glow Up Already and Show It & Glow It, 2nd and 3rd backups of Sparkle-licious (although I may send one to my sister).
Yep, ridiculous. :] Moving on...
Oh Joy and Tinsel Time are from Studio M's winter collection. I snapped a pic of the display but accidentally deleted it. Anyway, it's interesting. Probably not the most unique, but still pretty! I'll probably purchase the rest of the collection eventually. >_<
I hope you've noticed that I'm slowly acquiring the rest of ChG's and Essie's winters as well. And these hauls were within a week, so it really makes no sense!
Sally Hansen is seriously growing on me. IDK why I ignored her for so long. She's a cool chick.
These little guys really surprised me. I love them all! I'll have swatches posted soon.
And now for a little bit of makeup...
I hit up the Teej and picked up some NARS. The Jungle Red set and the Day & Night palette. They were $30 each! ^_^
Done!
