Franken: Cosmic Romance
It's been a while since I've frankened anything, and it's been even longer since I've frankened anything I like. Well, I guess this is special because I want to put it over every polish I own! Of course, you may not love it if you're not a glitter hoor like I am.
The recipe is ridiculous and all over the place, but I did write it down. If you'd like the recipe, let me know. It's basically every blue or holo glitter I own with a couple drops of WnW Nocturnal to tint it. In the pictures, it's layered over DL Bad Romance, but it is now mixed into the franken. It looks even cooler, in my humble opinion. :D
And now, a bunch of pictures in different lighting:
Indoors, natural light
Indoors, sun/shade
Indoors, daylight bulb
Indoors, flash
Outdoors, sun, flash, blurred to show the bling!

ReplyDeleteOOOH! love it love it! I'm forever mixing polishes and adding glitter to my old ones to spice em' up! I just love these though. The colors are beautiful. Which glittters did you use?
ReplyDeletelove the blue hues! i wouldn't want to wipe them off, haha!
ReplyDeleteThanks everyone!
ReplyDeleteKendra - I used 1/4th bottle of a Wet n Wild Fantasy Markers blue and silver glitter. It's really old, but I'm sure you could find something similar somewhere. Then I added 10 drops of Sinful Pearl Harbor, Cover Girl City Lights, Ulta Sequins, and ELF Twinkle. I added 3-4 drops of WnW Nocturnal to darken it originally, but after I added 1/4 bottle Bad Romance the next day, I could've skipped that step.
