Formula X Ur Square is a shimmery beige base with rosy pink microglitter. It's a beautiful, complex shade. So complex, in fact, that I didn't even realize it was a holo until I'd been wearing it for a few hours.
The holo is weak, but it's definitely there. What a gorgeous polish! Ur Square's formula is really nice. The application was easy. My only gripe is that all the Formula X polishes I've tried so far have had stuck caps due to leaked polish in the bottle threads. No new, shrink wrapped polish should have this issue. It's annoying that I have to clean the necks of the brand new polishes. Has anyone else experienced this with these polishes?

ReplyDeleteI haven't found this with the two bottles I have - that IS annoying, Lola! I almost picked up this shade when I was going through them all last week, but I ended up going with Centre of My Universe instead, which is a rose glitter with silver & gold particles. SO PRETTY. I honestly want to buy at least one in each category of these polishes...
ReplyDeleteIt's a stunner, really. Sephora just posted swatches of the entire Formula X line, and they do them no justice whatsoever! They should just send them to bloggers who know what they're doing, lol.

ReplyDeleteI bout their top coat/base coat set, and the caps would not budge! I tried every trick in the book, and nothing. So frustrating.
ReplyDeleteYou should do it! That's what I did, and I think I have a great representation of the line as a whole now. :)
