Formula X for Sephora Gemini & Harmonics Swatch & Review
Radiant Orchid is Pantone's pick for 2014, and it is beautiful. Finally, a color of the year that I actually like! I teamed up with my three of my favorite people to share some products that closely resembled this stunning shade. Fun, right??
The only problem is that I can't seem find a polish that is spot on for Pantone's swatch. I've looked at the swatch on at least 15 devices to get a good idea of the shade, and I've purchased way too many polishes to find a match. I

Formula X Gemini is, I think, on the pink side of Radiant Orchid. It reminds me a lot of Essie Splash of Grenadine but less squishy. Not a match, but so pretty I had to share!

Formula X Harmonics is much closer to Radiant Orchid, but slightly more purple. Gorgeous, huh? It's the closest I've found so far, but I will not rest until I find something dead on. This is seriously my new obsession, eek!
The formula on both of these is great. A bit thick, but they self-leveled easily and dried with a super shiny finish.

I'm pretty sure I need Harmonics after seeing your swatches! Both are so pretty.

ReplyDeleteI have had such a hard time finding the perfect Radiant Orchid shades. I have seen such a wide range of selections across beauty blogs. These two look lovely!
