So, I've been wearing the same shade of bright coral all summer, but I think now is the time to transition into something that screams, "fall is almost here! Let's go boot shopping!"
The perfect summer to fall transition for me is super short nubs (to prep for vamps, of course) and a nude palate cleanser. A subtle mani after weeks of brights is like a breath of fresh air, isn't it?
My go-to, absolute favorite nude would have to be Dior Incognito.

Dior Incognito is my all-time favorite nude because it has enough pink in it to save me from having corpse or mannequin hands. I've reviewed this previously, so I won't bore you with another review. Just know that it's amazing! I stamped over Incognito with Konad white and an image from BM-419. I've always used Butter London's top coat over my stamping with no problems, but of course this time it decided to smear.
I'll wear this for a few days and then dive into my first "fall appropriate" mani (definitely DL One More Night).
Do you gravitate towards the shades of the season, or are you more, "anything goes" when it comes to your manis? And don't forget to check out these other amazing takes on transitioning from summer to fall!
This looks great on you! The stamping is really pretty. I am no good at stamping at all!
ReplyDeleteSuch a pretty nude and I love the stamping!
ReplyDeleteThat's okay because you're amazing at everything else! Stamping is about as intricate as I can get with my nail art, lol.
ReplyDeleteThanks, pretty!
Thank you!! :)
ReplyDeleteThis shade looks SO ridiculously good on you Lola, you were the reason I bought it in the first place! I don't love it *quite* as much on me, but I'm happy to have it nonetheless. If I'm being honest I think YSL's Beige Leger was more what I was looking for, because the more pink tones in Incognito actually don't work as well for me. Ah well! Still gorgeous, nonetheless! :)
